Membership Questions

What comes with my Membership?

By creating a membership, you will gain access to all craft projects on this website, including templates, printables, SVG files, and instructions – as well as photo tutorials and video tutorials. We add new projects and SVG templates every week so that you have an endless source of inspiration. You will also get your personal area on this website and be able to save you favorite projects for quick access to them.

Can I sell products made using your designs for profit?

You can print, copy, and use our designs, downloads, and templates to make crafts for your personal use only. It includes the gifting of such finished projects to others.

You are not permitted to sell any of the projects made using our designs for profit. To sell crafts made using our designs, please additionally buy the Seller’s License (see the Terms of Use).

How do I cancel my Membership?

Members can schedule cancellation of their membership at any time. To cancel your monthly membership, log in to your membership account, and go to My Account > Manage Membership. Click the “Cancel” button and then click “Yes, cancel this membership”.

Once you cancel your membership, you should receive an email confirming that you have successfully canceled your membership. If you do not receive this email, your membership may not have been successfully canceled, and you could still be charged. If this occurs, please contact us at hello@xqc.bhb.mybluehost.me to confirm your membership cancellation.

What happens when I cancel my Membership?

The cancellation will not take effect immediately during your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to be able to use your membership, have access to all templates, printables, SVG files, and instructions until the end of the current paid billing cycle, whereupon your membership will then cancel rather than renew.

How do I unsubscribe to your Email Newsletter?

If you would like to stop receiving our newsletter, you can do so by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of our emails.

How do I change my account details (name and email address)?

To change your account details, such as first name, last name, or email address, log in to your membership account, and go to My Account > Account Details. If you change your email address, please also notify us at hello@xqc.bhb.mybluehost.me so we can update our records also.

To change your password, log in to your membership account, and go to My Account > Change Password.

What if I forget my password?

Cutting Machine and Template Questions

Can I make your projects without a cutting machine?

Yes, you can make any of our projects without a cutting machine. Each project includes SVG templates (for cutting machines) and PDF templates (for manual cutting). See the instruction for manual cutting below.

How do I use your templates on my Cricut?

Download the desired .svg file from our website to your desktop. In Design Space, go to Upload Images > Upload Image, and select to upload the .svg file from your desktop. Select your new image and click Insert Images. To prepare for cutting, UnGroup all of your layers while having the group selected. All SVG files from our website will have a layer with a project title and a disclaimer. Hide this layer before cutting, clicking the eyeball icon in the right panel.

By default, all templates have the correct size. But we recommend checking it using the PDF templates file (it contains the size of each template in inches and mm). If the sizes differ, or you want to make it smaller or larger than our project, Group all templates and resize them together.

If you need help using the Cricut, see Cricut’s Help Page.

How do I use your templates on my Brother ScanNCut?

Download the desired .svg file from our website to your desktop. In CanvasWorkspace, create a new project, click Import SVG, and select the .svg file from your desktop. All SVG files from our website will have a layer with a project title and a disclaimer. Delete this layer before cutting!

By default, all templates have the correct size. But we recommend checking it using the PDF file (it contains the size of each template in inches and mm). If the sizes differ or want to make it smaller or larger than our project, Group all templates and resize them together.

If you need help using the ScanNCut, visit the Brother’s Support Center.

How do I use your templates on my Silhouette?

You will need to purchase the Silhouette Designer Edition, which gives you the ability to upload your .svg files. For more information, please contact Silhouette’s Customer Service.

How do I use your templates if I do not have a cutting machine?

If you do not have a cutting machine, cut all the templates by hand with scissors or a craft knife.

Download the desired .pdf file from our website to your desktop, and print it. When printing, select 100% size (actual size) to get the correct size of the templates. Each template has a caption with the color, the number of pieces to cut, and the size of each template in inches and mm (so you can quickly check if your sizes are correct).
